Using proprietary construction management software, frequent digital photos taken on-site, computer scheduling and daily budget reviews, the task of the project manager is to keep the owner entirely informed and well-protected throughout the process. The flow of information—between the owners, contractor, architect and the 30 to 50 suppliers and subcontractors on every job—becomes critical as each project moves forward, and the Blue Ribbon Builders office staff and project managers have established highly efficient ways of maintaining and enhancing the lines of communication.
